There is a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time, if more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.
We understand that life happens, so to ensure exceptional service to all clients, please give us 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a 48 hour notice is forfeited a cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be applied and charged to your account/card on file.
